While(ahem!) not quite at $1000 a spin, this Pinball slot video shows a Live Play Jackpot Bonus at $30 a spin! Pinball is a standard Double Diamond slot where the goal is to trigger the bonus by landing the Pinball symbol in reel 3. Upon trigger, you get to play the bonus game where each shot awards credits.
High Limit players seem to gravitate toward Pinball because in some ways, it's special and does in fact lend itself to high-limit play. While the base game is standard Double Diamond and highly volatile, the Bonus is interesting in that it DOES NOT require max bet to trigger, and the number of shots you receive is a function of how much you bet:

Each shot will range from 5 to 1000 credits although to win the 1000 you need to land all 5 balls in the 'Bonus Chamber' as it's always filled from left to right, with values of 25, 50, 100, 500, and 1000.
